I thought I'd do a series of posts about 'aha moments' from my training facilitation and supervision practice. All of them are insights from conversations with the lovely people I work with, which made me stop and pause.
Number 1: The first is a participant's re-take of the classic Steven Covey quote "Change moves at the speed of trust" from the introductory supervision training I ran last week with Fiona Howard in Rotorua. Trust is so vital for supervisees to bring their full selves (warts and all) to supervision - it's our role as supervisors to intentionally build trust in a collaborative way.
